A 1/2 zip-out lining option can make it easier to add embroidery, patches, or other customization without creating unwanted visible stitching inside the jacket.

This feature provides access to part of the interior of the jacket during customization. Please note that a 1/2 zip-out lining does not mean that the entire jacket lining is removable.

In certain circumstances, Jackets by NYC may need to cancel or decline an order.

Plain, non-decorated, in-stock jackets may qualify for a return or exchange subject to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer-provided specifications that were manufactured correctly.

If a jacket contains a manufacturing or production error caused by Jackets by NYC, we will review the issue and determine whether repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution is available.

If damage results from customer misuse, improper washing, alterations, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear, repair services may be subject to additional charges.
