After the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, the order may enter production and cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming all order details before production begins, including sizes, quantities, colors, materials, designs, embroidery, patches, logos, artwork, and other specifications.

Any exception to this cancellation policy is entirely at the discretion of Jackets by NYC.

Customers may submit logos, artwork, trademarks, team names, school names, brand names, designs, or other intellectual property for use in the manufacture of their jackets.
